1. Replacement Policy

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to offer a replacement. However, to process your replacement request, you must shoot a video of the unboxing of the product. This video must clearly show the condition of the product and packaging at the time of delivery.

2. Payment and Delivery

We offer the following payment and delivery options:

Online Payment:

Orders placed with online payment options are eligible for free delivery. You can use various payment methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, etc.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

For cash on delivery (COD) orders:

• If you are purchasing sneakers, an advance payment of ₹300 is required at the time of order.
• For all other products, an advance payment of ₹200 is required at the time of order.

Remaining payment can be made when the product is delivered.

3. General Terms

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time, without prior notice.
