1. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement will be provided only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.

To be eligible, you must share a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. The video should clearly show the condition of the product and packaging upon delivery.

2. Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • No replacement without a proper unboxing video.
  • Used items or products not in original condition.

3. Replacement Request Timeline

Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
