REFUND POLICY

At Cozway Shoppe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help with replacements. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a return request.


1. Eligibility for Replacements

We only accept replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

    If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 7 days of delivery 
    We will provide exchange/ replacement.
    we will deliver exchange/replacement product within 5-6 days

Note:
We do not accept replacements for size changes. Please ensure you select the correct size by referring to the size guide before placing your order.


2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To request a replacement due to damage or incorrect item, you must provide a clear unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package. This video serves as proof to verify your claim.

Without an unboxing video, we cannot process your replacement request.


3. Request Timeframe

You must contact us on the same day the product is delivered to be eligible for a replacement.

To initiate a replacement:

  • Include your order number, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.


4. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements will be provided if your issue meets the conditions stated above.


5. Non-Replacement Situations

We do not accept replacement requests for:

  • Size-related issues

  • Missing unboxing video evidence

  • Requests made after the delivery day

  • Products returned without prior approval


6. Return Shipping

If your replacement is approved:

  • Cozway Shoppe will cover the return shipping cost only if the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • In all other cases, customers will be responsible for shipping costs related to sending the product back.
